Following the aquaculture feasibility study undertaken in collaboration with a Norwegian company, ZAFICO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with two partners to engage in cage farming business, the MoU stipulate that ZAFICO will own not less than 20 percent stake in Joint Venture Company (JVC). The JVC will involve in mariculture project of growing chosen fish species in cages at sea.
